Kalvoe
This beautifully situated small island was purchased in1848 by Aabenraa shipping magnate Jørgen Bruhn. In the natural harbour, he foundspace to build his own shipyard, where some of the largest Danish merchant ships of the time was constructeed.

For himself he build a beautiful mainhouse which today is a museum.
